Refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment date (minus return label fees), for items purchased from amfibion.com for US customers.

Products must be returned in an unused, saleable condition in its original packaging with all tags attached. Used merchandise will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to sender at sender's expense.

Refunds for merchandise will be issued to the purchasers original form of payment for the price paid less the cost of original shipping charges and return shipping charges (if our automated return label is used). Refunds will post to the customer's account within approximately 7-10 business days after return processing date.

The return slip or packing slip must be included with the merchandise. If you have lost your original packing slip, simply contact us at order@amfibion.com and we will provide you with the required information to initiate a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@amfibion.com, and we will send you a return label. 

Please note that if our automated return label is not used, returns will need to be sent at sender's expense to our warehouse at the following address:

We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS or FedEx. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
